TO STOP ENGINE OIL BURNING OR SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE IT
Treatment with the Atomium compound improves the mobility of piston rings (by cleaning up piston grooves) and narrows friction clearances between them and cylinders. This makes ring work more efficient and improves oil removal from the cylinder walls. Less oil gets into the combustion chamber and burns out there, especially at high engine speeds. Restoration of worn surfaces is a kind of “natural” way to fix oil burning root cause. There are additives for engine burning oil which are focused exactly on this problem. TO REDUCE ENGINE NOISE AND VIBRATION LEVELS
There may be various reasons for a strange regular noise and vibrations of the engine. Not all of them may be fixed with an additive for engine noise. However, the most frequent cause is wear. It widens friction clearances which may lead to an iron “clunging” sound at engine start-up. It may lower compression in some cylinders, reduce the power of stroke and break the overall engine balance, so it starts to tremble.
Restoring and equalizing the compression on the cylinders with the Atomium compound (as this was explained before) leads to the smooth operation of the engine. The drop in oil pressure may be caused by an overall lack of oil in the system or by wear of the oil pump.
Restoring of the friction surfaces brings back outlet pressure of the pump to a nominal level and thus solves the problem.
Restoring and equalization of compression provides better combustion of fuel. Thus less fuel is needed for the same amount of energy.
Also, the dense oil film expands the hydrodynamic friction zone, which reduces friction losses by almost 50%. Note – Atomium compound is not a fuel additive, it doesn’t change fuel properties and neither changes combustion regimes.

There is a sound of "iron clang" when starting the engine

Blue smoke means that oil is constantly entering the combustion chambers, which indicates that there are widened gaps between cylinders and piston rings due to their wear.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Under the influence of tribo-compound, a protective metal layer is formed on the worn parts, which is able to retain a dense oil film permanently.

The Tribotechnical compound contains particles of the active mineral.
Getting into the zones of local contacts of friction surfaces with a temperature of more than 1000 degrees and high pressure the mineral particles activate electronic connections in the metal. It allows the surface to capture the metal from the engine oil, which is there as a product of engine wear. Gradually, a special protective layer is formed on the entire friction surface. It is stronger than a normal surface and can hold denser oil film due to its porous structure.
The micropores of the protective layer are filled with oil, which forms a continuous film under surface tension forces. Restoring the shape and more effective lubrication, allow the parts to perform their functions as it was laid down in the engine design, which leads to the restoration of the performance characteristics of all friction units.
APPLICATION
Oil additive ATOMIUM Active Diesel Plus is designed to restore performance and protect against wear of diesel engines of passenger cars with a mileage of more than 50,000 kilometres. It can be used for accelerated and turbocharged engines.
Precautionary measures:

- The sediment at the bottom of the bottle is the main working element of the "Active Plus" compound - microparticles of minerals. Treatment of the engine with engine oil additive ATOMIUM "Active Plus" is performed in three stages. At each stage it is necessary to add the compound to the engine oil according to the following procedure:
- Warm up the engine to operating temperature (normal operation).
- Turn off the engine.
- Carefully mix the contents of the bottle so that the sediment at the bottom is distributed throughout the entire volume of the liquid.
- Pour 1 bottle of the compound into the oil filler neck of the engine. (If the volume of the oil system is more than 7 litres, it is necessary to fill two bottles of the composition).
- Immediately after adding the compound, make a trip by car for 20-25 minutes in norm al operation.
After the application of the compound, the car can be used as usual.

Atomium MGSB creates conditions for gradual restoration of worn friction surfaces of gear teeth and synchronizer couplings. As result a new protective metallic layer appears on the friction surfaces which may retain dense oil film due to its microporous structure. Optimized friction clearances and improved lubrication allows you to solve the following tasks:
Restored shape of the gear teeth ensures their correct and smooth engagement. In addition, their contacts are softened by a denser oil film on the surface of the teeth. It eliminates micro-impacts of teeth and thus reduces the hum and noise during operation.
Noise and vibrations may be also caused by worn bearings. It gives higher tone of hum. Atomium MGSB is able to restore them along with gears as they are lubricated by the same oil.
Atomium oil additive is effective regardless of what specific gear pair is noisy. All of them are lubricated with the same oil and are being treated equally. Restoration process goes on until the worn details are restored to the optimal shape.
Atomium MGSB may be useful also to facilitate running-in of new gearboxes. The running-in process goes faster and quitter.
In manual transmission there may appear troubles in gear shifting. Gears are not shifted from the first stick movement, the switching is hard, some crunching noises may appear. Very probably it shows that teeth of the synchronizer clutch are worn and are not engaged smoothly.
Tribotechnical gearbox additive Atomium MGSB restores the surfaces of the teeth on the synchro couplings. In addition, the restored surfaces retain a denser film of oil. HOW IT WORKS
Tribotechnical compound contains particles of the active mineral. Being in transmission oil they time to time get into the local zones around a point of surfaces’ contact. There are a high local pressure and the temperature which exceeds 1000 °C. In those conditions mineral get able to activate metallic bonds, which let the surface to capture and attach metal microparticles from the oil. Gradually, a solid metal protective layer is formed on the entire worn surface. The mineral itself remain in the oil and initiates restoration process in other points.
Protective layer is hard and smooth, which reduces friction. It also has a porous structure with a large number of micro-hollows. HOW TO USE
Gearbox additive Atomium MGSB must be added once to the transmission oil through the standard oil filling hole. To continuously maintain the recovery effects it is recommended to add the compound with each regular oil change in the transmission.
The compound (gearbox oil additive) is designed to protect against wear, extend the service life and restore the characteristics of mechanical gearboxes of passenger cars, including robotic transmissions of any design.
Atomium MGSB should be added to the manual or semi-automatic gearbox just once. In case if a transmission fluid replacement is planned - change it first and then add compound to the new oil. Mechanical and robotic gearboxes are treated as follows:
- Warm up the transmission to operating temperature (normal operation).
- Turn off the engine.
- Carefully mix the bottle with the composition, so that the sediment at the bottom is distributed throughout the entire volume of the liquid.
- Pour 1 bottle of the compound into the gearbox through the oil filling hole of the unit.
- Right after adding the compound, make a trip by car for 20-30 minutes in normal operation.

Instructions for application
Engine treatment is carried out after every regular oil change. It is necessary to add compound to new motor oil in accordance with the following procedure:
- Warm up the engine to operating temperature (regular operation).
- Stop the engine.
- Stir Tribotechnical compound «Atomium Active Regular» thoroughly until natural sediments (active components) are totally dissolved.

Lubricant Composition Atomium HPFP is designed for the treatment of High-pressure fuel pumps (HPFP), Common rail systems, Pump injectors of diesel engines.
The treatment to be made in 2 stages.
For the treatment use calculation in running hours (moto-hours): for generators and other stationary equipment 1 running hour = 50 km of run, for wheel tractors (and equipment) 1 running hour = 10 km of run, for a caterpillar special equipment 1 running hour = 5 km of run.
Precautions: Not harmful if applied correctly.
First aid:
- In case of contact with skin remove the material wash out with warm water, and then wash again with soap.
- In case of contact with eyes wash out eyes with a large amount of water.
- In case of swallowing consult a doctor.
APPLICATION MODE
The 1st stage: Pour Lubricant Composition Atomium HPFP in a full fuel tank (but no more than 50-55 liters of diesel fuel in a tank) at the rate of 1 ml of the lubricant on 1 L of diesel fuel. Drive till complete fuel depletion in the fuel reservoir (before the indicator shows the minimum fuel rest). Make refueling without adding Atomium HPFP, then run 2000-3000 km till the 2nd stage.
The 2nd stage: Pour Atomium HPFP in a full fuel tank (but no more than 50-55 liters of diesel fuel in a tank) at the rate of 1 ml of Suprotec on 1 L of diesel fuel. Drive till complete fuel depletion in the fuel reservoir (before the indicator shows the minimum fuel rest). Then make regular refueling.
Important notes:
- Before applying Atomium HPFP shake the can thoroughly until natural sediments (active components) are totally dissolved.
- After applying Atomium HPFP drive the vehicle for no less than 20 minutes in any mode (regular operation).
- It is recommended to carry out Atomium treatment of the fuel systems together with engine processing at the same time or sequentially.
- It is not recommended to apply the lubricant at the existence of mechanical breakages of diesel injectors (the belts of injectors cannot be restored).
- Atomium HPFP is compatible with any type of diesel fuel.
- To provide an optimal level of technical condition of the fuel system it is recommended to apply Atomium HPFP every 30 000 - 40 000 km of run.

THE ORDER OF APPLICATION
The cleaner does not require any special skills and abilities. It is enough to turn on the internal air circulation, adjust the ventilation according to the instructions in the instructions for use, and spray the product in an empty car interior. The whole procedure takes no more than 20 minutes, including ventilation.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

APPLICATION
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE (APPLICATION)
The car interior ventilation cleaner eliminates bacteria and fungi from all parts of the ventilation system, including air conditioning and heater. The cleaner is designed for self-use, does not require special knowledge, skills or tools.
One cylinder of the composition is enough to process the interior of any passenger car. When processing the interiors of minibuses, it is recommended to apply two bottles of cleaner sequentially.
Important! If you plan to replace the cabin air filter, do it before using the ventilation cleaner. In this case, the active component of the composition will settle on the new air filter and will actively prevent the occurrence of infectious contaminants.
Before using the product, make sure that the container with the product is warm, its temperature should be in the range from +8 C to +28 C. It is necessary to handle the car outdoors.
Before disinfection and deodorization of the ventilation system, it is recommended to thoroughly clean the car interior.
The ventilation system is processed according to the following procedure:
1. Start the car engine.
2. Adjust the operation of the ventilation system.
- Set the air recirculation mode in the car interior.
- Turn on the air conditioner (to clean the air conditioning system) or set the minimum heating mode (to clean the heating system). If there is climate control, switch it to manual mode.
- Set the minimum air flow rate.
- Direct the air flow through the air ducts of the dashboard and make sure that the ventilation flaps are open.
- Make sure that all windows in the car are closed.
3. Prepare the ventilation cleaner for use:
- Shake the cleaner bottle.
- Install the balloon between the front and rear seats, in the middle. The cleaner box can be used as a cylinder holder when installing it in the car interior. For this purpose, a special bursting perforation is provided on the box.
- Close all doors except the one through which you are manipulating the cleaner.
4. Start the action of the cleaner:
- Press the atomizer button hard until it clicks, the spray will start spraying the product from the balloon upwards.
- Attention: do not bend over the balloon! Do not direct the spray jet in the face! Do not inhale the sprayed product!
- Get out of the car, slam the door and wait 10 minutes.
5. Air the car:
- At the end of the spray, open all the doors of the car for 5 minutes. Do not enter the salon!
- Turn off the engine.
- Let the cabin air out with the doors open for another 5-10 minutes.

SIGNS OF ENGINE WEAR
Signs of mechanical wear come slowly while sudden breaks cause noticeable changes in the vehicle wok. HOW IT WORKS?
There are no completely plain surfaces even if they look as a mirror-polished metal. On the microlevel there are peaks and hollows. When you rub two surfaces against each other the contact happens between peaks. In a little area around the point of contact for a split of second there happen to be a very high (more than 1000 degreed) temperature and pressure. Peaks get damaged and their particle flows out together with motor oil.
Atomium tribotechnical compound contains tiny particles of the active mineral. When in area of high temperature and pressure the mineral activates electronic connections in the metal. It allows the surface to capture the metal from the engine oil. It happens all over the surface here and there over the time. APPLICATION
Full petrol engine treatment will require three stages. At each stage one can of Atomium compound should be poured in the oil filler neck. It does not require any special knowledge or tools. This can be easily done by any car owner himself. However, it is important to pay attention to the manual which is in each compound box, so that it works as effectively as possible.
1st stage: Add Additive Atomium Active Gasoline Plus to the engine oil 500-1000 km before oil replacement. Do it as follows:
- Warm up the engine to operating temperature (normal operation).

IN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS:
One of most often causes of shifting delays in automatic transmission is low oil pressure due to the wear of oil pump. To shift gears electronic controller sends a signal to valves in hydraulic block to close some of them and open others. Closing valves removes oil pressure from one friction pack and it gets released. At the same time oil comes through newly open valve and bring pressure to another clutch pack and lock it. If oil pressure is low locking of the second clutch happens with a little delay. For a split of second the torque is lost, car wheels slow down. When torque is caught back the speed of input shaft is faster than the output ones which gives feeling of unpleasant jerk or kick.

HOW TO USE IT
Auto gearbox additive AGSB must be added once to the transmission oil through the standard oil filling hole. To continuously maintain the recovery effects it is recommended to add the compound with each regular oil change in the transmission.

Automatic transmissions of all types are processed as follows:

- Fill 1 bottle of AGSB product into the transmission through the standard fill-in neck.

HOW TO USE IT
Full treatment will require two bottles of the composition. It is added to the oil filler neck. It does not require any special knowledge or tools.
Adding the compound to the engine oil can be performed by any car owner on any passenger car independently. However, it is important to pay attention to the instructions attached to each bottle of the compound, so that it works as effectively as possible.
The standard treatment procedure is following:
- A bottle of the compound is added to the oil about 1000 kilometres before the planned regular oil change.
- Another bottle of the compound is added after replacement to the fresh oil and works there throughout the entire inter-service run.
HOW IT WORKS
Under the influence of tribocompound, a protective metal layer is formed on the friction surfaces of parts, which is able to hold the engine oil film more firmly. This layer significantly reduces the wear rate of parts even under high loads and oil starvation, which allows you to maintain the engine's rated characteristics for 70.000 – 90.000 kilometres of mileage.
Tribotechnical compound contains particles of the active mineral. When they fall into the zones of local contact surfaces, where there is a high local pressure, and the temperature exceeds 1000 C – mineral particles change the flow of friction processes. The surface of the part is able to "capture" metal microparticles that are in the lubricant. Gradually, a solid metal protective layer is formed on the entire worn surface, which is characterized by a porous structure with a large number of micro-depressions. The particles of the mineral itself remain in the oil and continue to have the necessary effects on other areas.
The micropores of the protective layer are filled with oil, which forms a continuous film on it due to surface tension forces. This oil film is never completely separated from the surface of the part, does not run off, even with a long idle time. The protective layer itself can withstand heavy loads due to increased microhardness and microelasticity compared to the original factory surface.
Restoring the shape and more effective lubrication, allow the parts to perform their functions as it was laid down in the engine design, which leads to the restoration of the performance characteristics of all friction units.
APPLICATION
Oil additive "Active Gasoline New” is designed to restore performance and protect against wear of gasoline, LPG, CNG engines of passenger cars with a mileage less than 50,000 kilometres. It can be used for accelerated and turbocharged engines.
Treatment of the engine with tribotechnical compound "Active" is performed in two stages. At each stage it is necessary to add the compound to the engine oil according to the following procedure:
- Warm up the engine to operating temperature (normal operation).
- Turn off the engine.
- Carefully mix the contents of the bottle so that the sediment at the bottom is distributed throughout the entire volume of the liquid.
- Pour 1 bottle of the compound into the oil filler neck of the engine. (If the volume of the oil system is more than 5 litres, it is necessary to fill two bottles of the composition).
- Immediately after adding the compound, make a trip by car for 20-25 minutes in normal operation.
- After the application of the compound, the car can be used as usual.

- After applying Atomium Active Gasoline New the engine should work on single turns (at idle) for 5 min. and then run for no less than 20 min. in any mode (regular operation)
- It is not recommended to apply the lubricant at the existence of mechanical breakages of parts and assemblies
- Atomium Active Gasoline New is compatible with any type of motor oils and doesn't change its properties

The 1st stage: Add Lubricant Composition Atomium Active Gasoline New to the working engine oil through the oil filling neck (see the graph for calculation), then run the car till the next regular oil replacement (but no less than 1000 km). In case of significant oil contamination (identity by the color of the oil on the dipstick or oil spots on filter paper) start the second stage of treatment immediately.
Recommendations (after the 1st stage): Change the engine oil; Replace oil and air filter.
The 2nd stage: Add Atomium Active Gasoline New to the new engine oil (see the graph), and then run the car in a regular mode till the next oil replacement.
