Lubricant Composition Atomium HPFP is designed for the treatment of High-pressure fuel pumps (HPFP), Common rail systems, Pump injectors of diesel engines.

The treatment to be made in 2 stages.

For the treatment use calculation in running hours (moto-hours): for generators and other stationary equipment 1 running hour = 50 km of run, for wheel tractors (and equipment) 1 running hour = 10 km of run, for a caterpillar special equipment 1 running hour = 5 km of run.

Precautions: Not harmful if applied correctly.

First aid:

In case of contact with skin remove the material wash out with warm water, and then wash again with soap.
In case of contact with eyes wash out eyes with a large amount of water.
In case of swallowing consult a doctor.

APPLICATION MODE

The 1st stage: Pour Lubricant Composition Atomium HPFP in a full fuel tank (but no more than 50-55 liters of diesel fuel in a tank) at the rate of 1 ml of the lubricant on 1 L of diesel fuel. Drive till complete fuel depletion in the fuel reservoir (before the indicator shows the minimum fuel rest). Make refueling without adding Atomium HPFP, then run 2000-3000 km till the 2nd stage.

The 2nd stage: Pour Atomium HPFP in a full fuel tank (but no more than 50-55 liters of diesel fuel in a tank) at the rate of 1 ml of Suprotec on 1 L of diesel fuel. Drive till complete fuel depletion in the fuel reservoir (before the indicator shows the minimum fuel rest). Then make regular refueling.

Important notes:

Before applying Atomium HPFP shake the can thoroughly until natural sediments (active components) are totally dissolved.
After applying Atomium HPFP drive the vehicle for no less than 20 minutes in any mode (regular operation).
It is recommended to carry out Atomium treatment of the fuel systems together with engine processing at the same time or sequentially.
It is not recommended to apply the lubricant at the existence of mechanical breakages of diesel injectors (the belts of injectors cannot be restored).
Atomium HPFP is compatible with any type of diesel fuel.
To provide an optimal level of technical condition of the fuel system it is recommended to apply Atomium HPFP every 30 000 - 40 000 km of run.

ATOMIUM APROHIM™ "SDA" mild fuel additive is designed to restore and maintain the performance of diesel fuel systems, including common rail and pump-injector systems. The additive cleans (washes), lubricates, protects nozzles and fuel pumps from corrosion, maintaining their serviceability. Brings the cetane number of fuel to optimal values.

Effects of application

Diesel fuel systems are particularly sensitive to fuel quality and the condition of the fuel equipment. Contamination and wear due to "dry" fuel reduces the pressure in the fuel rail, interfere with injection, which leads to a drop in power and uneven engine operation.

The SDA fuel additive contains detergent and lubricant components, a corrosion inhibitor and a cetane additive. It cleans the fuel equipment, reduces its wear, and provides the necessary pressure. Together, this provides high-quality fuel atomization and more complete combustion, which leads to the following effects:

reduction of fuel consumption by 5%-15% depending on the condition of the car.
easier starting of the engine.
extending the service life of fuel equipment, in particular injectors.

The additive SDA is designed for constant use, therefore it has a balanced "soft" formulation. It gradually removes dirt and deposits and prevents the formation of new ones. The additive is compatible with any type of "anti-gel" that prevents the crystallization of diesel fuel in the cold.

The additive is sold in disposable bottles - in most cases, one bottle with each refueling of a full tank.

1 bottle 50 ml is designed for 40-60 litres of fuel (approximately 1 ml per 1 litre of fuel). Before refuelling the car, fill the additive in the fuel tank.

Application mode:

shake the contents of the bottle thoroughly;
open the bottle and pour the additive into the fuel tank (use the fuel funnel if necessary);
fill up the tank with fuel.

Additive MAX 200 HPFP is designed to restore performance and extend the life of high pressure fuel pumps diesel engines trucks and special equipment:

APPLICATION

Tribotechnical compound MAX HPFP is applied in two stages. At each stage of treatment you must add compound MAX HPFP in the fuel tank as follows:

Shake the can with compound MAX HPFP thoroughly until natural sediments (active components) are totally dissolved.

Add the compound in the fuel tank before the next refueling.

Fill the tank with about 200 liters of diesel fuel. (See dosage in the notes to the smaller volume tanks).

Immediately after applying it is recommended to drive the car for no less than 20 - 25 min in the regular operation mode.

After the procedure, you can use the car as usual.

After 2500 - 3000 km it is necessary to conduct the second step of the treatment and repeat the whole procedure with MAX HPFP.

Thoroughly stir the contents of the can with MAX HPFP
Add the compound in the fuel tank before the next refueling.

Fill the tank with about 200 liters of diesel fuel.

Drive the car for no less than 25 - 30 min. in the regular operation mode.
