EFFECTS OF APPLICATION

Compound MAX MGSB creates conditions under which the friction surfaces in engine parts are covered with a metallic protective layer, which has a special structure. This layer partially restores the dimensions and geometry of worn parts, optimizes gaps in friction pairs, keeps more oil on the friction surfaces.

This allows to:

  • facilitate gearshift. Optimization of gaps, retention of a denser oil layer on the surfaces of gearing provide the correct gearshift;
  • reduce noise and vibration levels. Optimization of gaps and restoration of the optimum spacing in bearings reduce noise and vibration during operation of the unit;
  • increase the car free run (in neutral gear). Retention of denser oil layer on the surface reduces the frictional losses and increase free run: movement the car in neutral gear.
  • protect the gearbox against wear. Protective layer on the friction surfaces and dense oil layer substantially reduce wear and increase the lifetime of the unit.

PROTECTION OF THE UNIT AGAINST WEAR

The protective layer due to its durability and ability to retain a greater amount of oil significantly reduces wear especially at high loads and high temperatures which increases the lifetime of the unit.

including condition after overhaul. Tribotechnical compound «Atomium MAX MGSB» accelerates the optimization of the gaps in conjugated friction parts.

 

APPLICATION

Tribotechnical compound «MAX MGSB» is applied in one stage in accordance with the following procedure:

  1. Warm up the gear box up to operating temperature (regular operation).
  2. Stop the engine
  3. Shake the can thoroughly until natural sediments (active components) are totally dissolved.
  4. Fill in compound through the unit's regular oil filling neck at the rate 10 ml of the compound per 1 L of transmission oil.
  5. After applying the engine should run (it is recommended to drive the car) for no less than 20 - 25 min. in mode of regular operation.

After the procedure you can use the car as usual.
